Project Freeman Phase 3: Implementation
The 3 Tests of Lawful Rebellion

1. Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs - Amount of Income Tax & National Insurance Paid & What Law Obliges Payment
2. HM Treasury - How Tax Is Allocated and Amount & Use of Currency/Gold Reserves
Before serving notices on government to stop paying tax 'A Freeman', whilst in the protest phase, wrote to public bodies under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) requesting information about his 'person' and other information about the system which he needed to have 'officially' confirmed.
Here 'A Freeman' presents examples of two such information requests made to Her Majesty's Government

1. Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs - Amount of Income Tax & National Insurance Paid & What Law Obliges Payment
Background
Most of us know how much we pay for rent/mortgage, food, bills etc, but have you ever wondered how much you've paid in Tax over the years?
What are we 'worth' to the system? And where does the money go? How is it used?
'A Freeman' needed to find out...
Action
Write for your Rights!
After sending his first request to the local HMRC Office, 'A Freeman' received a (standard computer generated) Tax Return Notice from that same office
So this time a NUICOR was sent (See the 'Stop Paying Tax' page for explanation of NUICOR)
2 days later a letter was received from HMRC at Southend on Sea, together with records back to 1997, apologising for the delay and advising that the remainder of the information would be sent later
But by late September this still had not arrived, so a 2nd NUICOR was sent
But the local HMRC Office had ignored the previous Notice sent to them, and sent another Tax Return Notice
So they were 'Served' again on 2nd October
Periodic checks of the Post Office Recorded Delivery system showed that 'A Freeman's' previous Notice to the Data Protection Unit mysteriously had not been delivered
When this was still the case in December yet another Notice was sent!
This time, it was successfully delivered on 15th December
And, miraculously in February 2010 a package arrived, correctly addressed to 'A Freeman' - YAY!
Outcome
Why is it worth knowing?
So, finally after a year, 'A Freeman' had the information he needed to establish his worth to the system...
The data showed that 'A Freeman' had paid in over £174,000 during his 24 years and 6 months of 'Employment', on Gross Earnings of £606,000
This meant that for over 7 YEARS 'A Freeman' was working full time just to pay Her Majesty...
...and sickeningly, based on current Government Budgets had worked for 3 and a half years full time to:
pay the interest on 'Her Majesty's Debt' and
to pay 'Her Majesty's Armed Forces' to commit acts of genocide
What a shocking realisation...
But it got worse, next 'A Freeman' got Bank of England base interest rates back to 1979 and calculated the minimum his investment would have realised had he merely put it in a savings account
This showed a minimum return of over £385,000!
We can see from this the 'Net Present Value' of a new 'Registered Person' into the system as Surety, and it goes some way to explain why 'Her Majesty's Government' is so keen for us to 'Register' the births of our children
To complete the picture 'A Freeman' wanted to work out his share of this Corporation that he was a registered member of.
The value of total UK Assets were sourced from HM Treasury's 'Blue Book' (UK Corp. Accounts!), around £7Trillion.
However, trying to find the value of the 'UK Territory' (i.e all the land that was stolen for his family by William the Conqueror) proved impossible. Those who possess the land don't seem to like many people to know about it.
So the land value was estimated by multiplying the size of the various types of land areas (pasture, arable, urban etc) by their value per acre sourced from a large estate agent.
The result shows a nominal value for the land of around £5.3 Trillion.
So, Her Majesty's Claim to hold the 'Title' of 'The Crown' (The Queen of The United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland) means she has realised Assets worth over £12 Trillion generating annual turnover of a further £1.4 Trillion
'A Freeman's' dummy shareholding account should have seen worth of a minimum of £585,000
(And this does not of course include the 'Value' of his 'Surety' to those holding Debt)
But what do they do with the 'Money'?
2. HM Treasury - How Tax Is Allocated and Amount & Use of Currency/Gold Reserves
Action
The information request was sent 8th October 2009
HM Treasury kindly replied by letter, correctly addressed, within the 20 day Notice Period

Of particular interest were the parts about the consolidated fund...
... and the Debt Reserves (or rather LACK OF!)
