Initially, let's not forget that this current phase of HM war crimes follows the U.S. strategy based on the
'Project for the New American Century' (PNAC) report of Sept 2000

So first, a summary of the excellent legal work of Chris Coverdale at Make Wars History:

Has genocide been committed? 'A Freeman' undertook some research to find out.
Operation Tellic was the name of the "British" Military operation in Iraq

Based on the ORB figures the deaths in Iraq are equivalent to 3.3% of their population.
This is equivalent to 2,012,175 of the UK population being wiped out, which would account for 80% of everyone living in The North East of England or more than the whole of Northern Ireland
Those fighting the illegal invasion and occupation of their country in Iraq were called ‘Insurgents’ by the Western military and media
Insurgent means "...rebellious or in revolt against an established authority..."
A Freeman does not accept that the "Coalition" had any right to 'establish authority' in Iraq, but would suggest that we need as many 'insurgents' as we can get in Britain to rebel against the corrupt ruling "establishment"
And, on top of all the deaths and injuries there is the tragic legacy of Iraq's orphaned millions left behind by the "Coalitions" genocide and neglected by the new regime manipulated into power by the West
Can you take in this information or watch this news video about the situation without crying? 'A Freeman' cannot....
And what about the officially quoted military casualties?
As we can see here, almost another 16,000 (military) people lost their lives as well
But the majority were actually local Iraqis trained by the "Coalition" forces to be military or police security officers
Next we looked at Afghanistan
The majority of deaths here to this date were indirect deaths caused as a knock on effect of the on-going war situation, again mostly local people
And if we compare the total deaths to those lost (some would say sacrificed as part of a false flag operation) in the twin towers on September 11th 2001 - the supposed justification for the resulting military invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan - we can see a massively disproportionate response
So there is little doubt from this research that genocide, as defined in the ICC Act 2001, was indeed committed, and is still being committed in Afghanistan, by the "Coalition"
The Act goes on to define those complicit in these acts of genocide
This is like giving someone the money to buy a gun, knowing that they're then going to murder someone in cold blood with it
The taxes collected from UK 'Registered Persons' fund the genocide
Anyone paying tax is breaking this UK Statute Law
Having established this, 'A Freeman' stopped paying tax immediately and tested 'The State's' attitudes towards its own so called "laws" in the following way:

However as of May 2011 nothing has been heard back from the ICC, despite a follow up letter being sent 5th January 2010
