Project Freeman Phase 3: Implementation
The 3 Tests of Lawful Rebellion
Stage A: 'Test'
A1. Test 'The Law'
Reporting Her Majesty's War Crimes
Step 5. Appeal Against I.P.C.C Outcome
Activity & Outcome
1. IPCC Appeal Forms Sent (5th January 2010)
Appealing against:
Interpretation of Home Office complaint recording process
Suffolk Constabulary not referring original complaint to Met Police
The assessment that there are "...no separate domestic offences under the ICC Act..."
The first lot of forms sent on 5th Jan 2010 apparently were not received so 'A Freeman' sent another lot, this time via recorded delivery, but these were not delivered either!
Project Freeman has had experience of at least 3 recorded delivery items "not being delivered", all to government agencies & departments
At this point the IPCC route was abandoned and the International Criminal Court option concentrated on instead
The recorded delivery tracking number issued by The Post Office for the appeal forms sent on 20th Jan 2010 is BR858102359GB
'A Freeman' checked the post office tracking web site before updating this web page on 12th May 2011 and the item has still not been delivered!
You can check this yourself by going to the tracking web site and entering the number
