Project Freeman Phase 2: Strategy Development

Phase 2 Objectives

Development Of The Strategy The Strategy

The Part 1 Strategy

'The pen is mightier than the sword'

'Write For Your Rights

&

The 3 Tests of Lawful Rebellion'

Project Freeman's 'Write For Your Rights' strategy will:

Establish Truth

Uphold Rights

and

Secure Justice

publishing the results for all free people exploited by The State

'A Freeman' will achieve this by sending Lawful Notices (and other suitable documents) to the appropriate 'Corporations'

The strategy will follow a three stage process, 'The 3 Tests of Lawful Rebellion'

These are:

A. TEST

(The System)

B. PRO-TEST

(Within the System)

C. CON-TEST

(The System)

In the Test Stage we will use real life practice to:

A1. Test The Law

and

A2. Test Freeman Remedies

In the Protest Stage we will be protesting within the system.

We will still have a registered 'person' so will still be bound by, but also able to use, Statutes

During this stage we will:

B1.Become a 'Freeman of Information'

and

B2.Stop Paying Tax

If we get to the Contest Stage we will have exhausted our protests within the system.

At this stage, if The State continues to ignore its own 'laws' 'A Freeman' will contest the system by becoming A Freeman On The Land

This is done by serving Notice on the UK Government and thereby 'Opting Out' of The State's 'Society' to either:

Sacrifice Your Person

or

Claim Right Over Your Person

A third way, which we call 'Settle Up & Leave', will also be investigated

A1. Test 'The Law'

Test 'The Law' and The States attitude towards it via the approach recommended by the "Make Wars History" campaign

This involves reporting the UK Government to the Police for War Crimes under the International Criminal Court Act (2001)

B1. Become a 'Freeman of Information'

This involves writing letters of Notice under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) to various public bodies to obtain strategic information about how the state operates and personal information about ourselves to use for our own purposes

e.g. Serve Notice on HM Treasury to establish how tax collected is allocated for expenditure

Serve Notice on HMRC to obtain your tax and national insurance records

C1. Change Person Status

1. Sacrifice Your Person

Return all 'Legal Fiction' documents

2. Claim Your Person

Copyright & '1st Lien'

A2. Test Freeman Remedies

Test the various Freeman On The Land remedies proposed on the internet to determine which are most effective in practice

This involves studying Contract Law and drafting Notices of Understanding & Intent and Claims of Right (NUICOR's) to honourably discharge claims made against the Freeman e.g. Claims for paying income tax, national insurance, council tax, vehicle license tax, parking tickets etc.

B2. Stop Paying Tax

If The State shows that is does not abide by its own 'laws' stop paying tax in Protest so as not to fund the State's illegal wars

If the Police refuse to investigate the War Crime allegations then a UK citizen is obliged to stop paying tax to the government so as not to be complicit in those crimes through providing funding via taxes

This involves studying War Law and writing Notices to the various 'authorities' advising them of your lawful reasons for the withholding of tax. This can be done by both employed and self employed people

3. Settle Up & Leave

May 2011

This option has been well researched, so that now 'A Freeman' knows exactly how much he has contributed to 'The State' in Income Tax and National Insurance

Details are on the Change Person Status page

This Strategy is being implemented under Phase 3 of the Project

(Note: The 'Con-Test' Stage was later amended to include C2. Community Trusts)
