This involves studying Contract Law and drafting Notices of Understanding & Intent and Claims of Right (NUICOR's) to honourably discharge claims made against the Freeman e.g. Claims for paying income tax, national insurance, council tax, vehicle license tax, parking tickets etc. A Freeman cannot lawfully pay tax if he knows the funds may be used to harm his fellow man.
